WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE PUMPS FOR RESINS

Pumps with double fluid section Ghibli 15:1 2K, Omega 40:1 2K, Nova 30:1 2K are composed of one motor, that is connected to two fluid sections moving in the same time and sucking the same volumetric quantity of product. The fluid sections connected to the motor are identical, so that they provide the mixing ratio 1:1 using products with same chemical and physical characteristics.

The present configuration is used in order to mix the 2K products: one fluid section is connected to component A and the other fluid section is connected to the catalyzator.

The delivery of the fluid has been carried out by 2 separate hoses connected to a special mixing gun. The mixing process occurs at the outlet of the mixing gun through a static mixer, which provides the perfect final catalyzation.

Pumps Ghibli 10:1 2K 1:1 and Ghibli 10:1 2K 1:1 with heaters have the same working principle of the above units, but these models are composed of 2 separate pumps: each of them is equipped by its own motor, so that the two fluid sections are not connected to the same motor. In the version “with heater” only the structure has been modified: the two heaters at the outlet of the fluid sections heat the products delivered to the gun, in order to reach an easier mixing at lower temperature using products with high viscosity and thickness.
